What is J-1 Program ?
The J-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa provided by the United States which allows students and professionals to participate in a cultural and educational exchange program.
Participants will have the opportunity to travel throughout the US while learning about american culture and gaining international experience in their occupational field.
At MRWay, we offer Intern and Trainee program.
The length of stay in the US depends on the type of program the participant are enrolled in. The maximum duration of the J-1 Intern Visa is 12 months. The maximum duration of the J-1 Trainee Visa is 18 months.
Hospitality/Tourism training programs are limited to 12 months for both Interns and Trainees, per the program regulations.

Who are we ?
We are two young graduates from Hospitality Management School in Madagascar. During our studies, we have had the opportunity to participate in cultural exchange program focused on our field in the United States. This experience has been rewarding for our professional career that we realized the importance of international exposure and traveling.
When we returned to Madagascar, we had this great desire to share what we have learned, to help our futur changemaker to build their way by promoting cultural exchange program. Thus, we have made the decision to create this young start-up and be part of the first exchange cultural consultants created in Madagascar. Our mission is to support students and young graduates towards their international career project, because together we can make a difference.
