« I really improved my English skills because I have to talk in English everyday with guests and team members. The resort is really busy especially during the weekends. Sometimes guests have really difficult requests and issues that sometimes we cannot solve and it can be a challenge because obviously the guests are going to be upset about that but it’s part of the experience.
